Guest Lori Wysocki has a passion to develop leaders, coach individuals on finding their uniqueness and building their business from the inside out. She sat down with hosts James Carmody and Jared Kelley to explain how she overcame her own personal struggles and how her challenges have helped her become the person she is today. Her book Don’t Stay Stuck! comes equipped with the strategies and tools that have helped her grow in her personal life and career and include a few of her personal stories. Wysocki shares where her passion has come from and hopes to help others bloom where they are planted as others have helped and inspired her.

John Voget- Multiplication Network Ministries

John Voget, Advancement Director at Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM), sat down with hosts Jared Kelly and James Carmody to discuss his transition and the success of MNM, which is now in thirty five countries. Brought up in Orange County, CA, Voget had a passion for sports and stayed involved in managing athletics. His passion brought him to the YMCA where he learned all of the organizations’ involvement in the community. His involvement with the community helped him transition into his calling at MNM and since then has been to seven different countries. MNM helps strengthen , build and develop communities through faith.

John explains his “Why” for Church Planting:

“Church Planting is the most effective way to care for the broken and the helpless. Through Church Planting gospel centered leaders can bring “sustainable” change to their communities. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, Christ centered believers share the love of Christ with their community in all kinds of practical ways meeting the needs of their community.”

“God’s intent is that, through the Church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made know” Ephesians 3:10
